If this section has made you want to change aspects of your lifestyle, you could discuss them with your GP, cancer nurse or other health care professional at your next appointment. Remember, the changes you make do not have be huge: making one small change will help.
Do the things you feel are achievable and agree with what you enjoy, value and consider important. You may find the section on setting goals helpful in making health lifestyle changes.
